What is the Codespots cancellation policy?
After you place an order, you can cancel your order anytime after submitting the order but BEFORE the restaurant accepts the order. To do so, tap "Cancel Order" in the order tracking screen.
If you would like to cancel an order AFTER an order has been accepted by a restaurant, you will need to contact our support team. Our support team will then confirm with the restaurant that they have not begun preparing your food and are ok with the cancellation. If the restaurant has started preparing the food, we will be unable to issue a refund for the order.
Customers can claim a refund if their order wasn’t right – if it had missing items, it was cold, extremely late or damaged, etc.
When a refund is given, either Codespots or the restaurant will cover it (or we’ll share the cost), depending on what went wrong.
How do I see the refunds I’ve given?
Refunded orders will appear on your invoice under ‘Additional fees’ as Refund debit. To find your latest invoice, log in to the Restaurant Hub.
We’ll also send you a daily email (it’ll arrive at midnight), with the orders that have been refunded that day and the reason why.
